JINGIRAWA SON ZUCIYARSU KAWAI SUKE BI AMMA BA TSANTSAR MAZHABAR MALIKIYYAH BA:
Abu na farko: Ya kamata a san cewa: Imanin kowa ba zai tabbata ba har sai abin da zuciyarsa ke so ya zama mai yin biyayya ne ga abin da Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah ya zo da shi tukun.
Abu na biyu: Ya kamata a san cewa: Duk wanda ya bar yin aiki da wani ingantaccen hadithin Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah cikin wata mas'ala daga cikin mas'aloli a bisa hujjar cewa yana bin mazhabar Imam Malik ne to lalle babu ruwan Imam Malik da shi a ranar Kiyamah; saboda shi Imam Malik ya riga ya kubutar da kansa daga neman maida kansa wata kishiya ga Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah a inda ya gaya wa Duniya cewa:-
((Ni ba kowa ba ne face mutum, ina yin kure ina kuma yin daidai, ku yi nazari game da ra'ayina, dukkan abin da ya dace da Alkur'ani da Sunnah ku yi riko da shi, dukkan abin da bai dace da Alkur'ani da Sunnah ba ku bar shi)).
((Babu wani mutum daya a bayan Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah face ana iya riko da maganarsa ana kuma iya bari in banda Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah)).
Abu na uku: Ya kamata a san cewa: Abin da Jingirawa suke yi na kokarin nuna wa Duniya cewa: Su muta'assibai ne ga mazhabar Malikiyyah hayaniya ce kawai, sam babu gaskiya a cikin wannan ikirari nasu, gaskiyan al'amari shi ne: Su Jingirawa suna yin abin da suka ga dama ne kawai sawaa'un hakan ya dace da mazhabar Malikiyyah ko kuwa bai dace ba; ga 'yan misalai uku da za su tabbatar da abin da muka fada:-
1. A gurin Jingirawa duk wanda ya saki mace tare da goyo to komin kashin wannan goyon to lalle ne uwar shi ta bar shi a gurin uban shi! Alhalin abin da aka sani a mazhabar Malikiyya shi ne: Ita hadhaanar yaro a gurin uwarsa take ba wai a gurin ubansa take ba.
2. A gurin Jingirawa babu Ahlul Kitabi a shar'ance bayan zuwan Alkur'ani mai girma ballantana ma a ce zai halatta a ci yankansu, ko kuwa a auri matansu! Alhalin a mazhabar Malikiyyah a kwai Ahlul Kitabi a shar'ance; Yahudawansu da Kiristocinsu har kuma karshen duniya, kuma cin yankansu, da auren matansu halal ne ba haramun ba. Sannan yankan kirista daga ko wace Kabila yake halal ne, sawaa'un yankan saboda Almasihu ne suka yi shi ko kuwa saboda gicciye ne suka yi shi, ko kuwa saboda wani abu ne daban ne suka yi shi.
3. A gurin Jingirawa layar da wasu ayoyin Alkur'ani ke cikinta, ko wasu zikirori ke cikinta haramun ce. Alhalin a mazhabar Malikiyyah layar da wasu ayoyin Alkur'ani ke cikinta, ko wasu zikirori ke cikinta halal ce ba haramun ba.
Lalle da wadannan misalai da muka ambata da kuma masu kama da su ne za a tabbatar da cewa: Ikirarin bin mazhabar Malikiyyah da Jingirawa ke yi, da kuma nuna wa duniya da suke yi cewa su muta'assibai ne ga mazhabar Malikiyyah hayaniya ce kawai da hargowa. Allah muke roko da Ya tabbatar da dugaduganmu a kan bin sunnar Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah. Ameen.
